Homes where architecture extends the landscape and everyday rituals become the foundation of space.

01Studio
A12.Group is an architecture studio from Odesa. Since 2000, we have been creating environments where aesthetics emerge from function, context and a precise understanding of materials.
We work across scales — from a house and its interior to a city landmark. Every project is developed as one coherent story, from the first line on paper to the completed space.

02Disciplines
One approach.
Different scales.
Architecture, city and interior are treated as interconnected layers of one environment.
02
High-rise architecture
Vertical structures with clear logic, a distinctive silhouette and a considered urban environment.
03
Public spaces
Architecture for dialogue — cultural, business and hospitality spaces open to the city.
04
A12 Interiors
A dedicated practice for private and public interiors, from spatial concept to the final detail.

04Approach
We do not follow a style. We search for the inevitable form.
Context
We begin with the place: its light, wind, scale and cultural memory.
Scenario
We design not the form itself, but the life that will unfold within it.
Precision
We unite concept, structure, material and engineering into one coherent system.
A12 Interiors
Architecture
from within.
A dedicated studio department creates interiors for private residences, apartments, offices, restaurants and public spaces. We treat volume, light, tactility and objects as one complete environment.
2000
Odesa shapes our perspective: an open horizon, clear light and architecture as part of the city’s culture.

The mark.

A square with a triangle and diagonals — how the A12.Group mark looks in real life: in print, on paper, in the studio.
